Frequently Asked Questions
Does this actually work better than citronella candles?
Most buyers report noticeably better results than candles alone, since it's built to cover a patio-sized area rather than just the air directly above a flame.
How long does one charge or fill last?
Reviewers commonly report several evenings of use before needing to recharge or refill, making it convenient for regular weekend gatherings.
Is it safe to use around kids and pets?
The design avoids the use of open flame or heavy chemical fogging, which many reviewers with kids and pets appreciated compared to sprays.
Will it work during a windy evening?
Like most yard repellent devices, performance drops somewhat in strong wind, so placing it in a slightly sheltered spot helps.
