Buying Guide: How to Choose
-
Decide if a 60% layout fits your workflow
No dedicated arrow keys or numpad means some remapping and a short adjustment period.
-
Check actuation point adjustability
If you want to fine-tune sensitivity per game, confirm the software supports per-key actuation.
-
Confirm your PC can use high polling rates
A recent CPU and a direct USB port help you actually feel the benefit of 8kHz polling.

What do 'magnetic switches' actually mean?
Hall-effect magnetic switches let you digitally adjust actuation distance instead of relying on fixed mechanical travel, which is what enables features like rapid trigger.
Is 8kHz polling noticeable in regular play?
Competitive players report it as a subtle but real reduction in perceived input lag, especially in fast-paced shooters.
Does the 60% layout include arrow keys?
No dedicated arrow keys — they're accessed via a function layer, which takes a few days of adjustment for most buyers.
Is it good for everyday typing, not just gaming?
Yes, though the compact layout takes some getting used to for heavy typists who rely on a numpad.
