The hydration pack that fixed my constant dehydration headaches
I used to get these dull headaches on every hike that I blamed on the sun, until a friend pointed out I was probably just not drinking enough water because digging a bottle out of my bag mid-trail was annoying enough that I just... didn't.
I asked around and compared a couple hydration vests, one felt way too tight across the chest and another was oddly expensive for what it offered, so I almost gave up on the idea entirely.
This lightweight hydration vest ended up being the one that actually fit right and made sipping water genuinely effortless, and weirdly enough my headaches basically disappeared once I was actually drinking water like a normal person.
Turns out the fix wasn't willpower, it was just making the water easier to reach.
