Why I wrote this
Game night at our place had gotten stale, everyone was tired of the same three board games and someone would always bail halfway through a long strategy game. I asked around in a couple of gaming forums for something quick but still had actual depth, since half our group gets bored with pure luck-based games. A friend mentioned this coffee-shop themed strategy game as a sleeper hit, and honestly I was skeptical a coffee theme could be that engaging. Turns out the resource-management mechanics are genuinely clever, rounds move fast, and it's become the go-to opener for every game night since.
