Why I wrote this
I used to refill my cat's bowl like six times a day because she'd only drink from the "good" glass on the counter, never her actual bowl. Cue me chasing her around with a wet floor from spilled water, and one memorable Tuesday where I knocked over an entire pitcher trying to top her off before work. I looked at a couple of plug-in fountains online, read a pile of one-star reviews about leaky pumps, and almost gave up. Then I found this stainless steel one with the actual filter built in, and honestly the whining stopped within a day. She drinks from her own thing now, my counter is dry, and I get to sleep an extra ten minutes instead of playing water sommelier every morning.
